Also known as ‘Football Lily’. Produces numerous blood red flowers in shape and almost the size of a football. Flowers come first and the leaves appear later. Good for pot-plants and gardens. A real treat for the eyes when flowering in mass.

Plant them in humus rich garden compost with equal part of horticultural sand. Full light or partial shade required. During winters life the bulbs and store indoors in cold countries after the plant goes dormant.  </div>
