Native to India, it has proven to be very adaptable in all climates. The large white flowers with long petals arranged in umbels have very attractive purple stamens. Makes very good pot plants. Fragrant and mid summer flowering.

Mature flowering size dormant bulbs 8 to 12 cm� circumference offered.

Plant the bulbs three fourths in a compost comprising of 1 part organic manure, 1 part sand and 2 parts garden soil.� Feed and water regularly after the flowering. Dormant bulbs may be lifted and stored till time of planting or left in pots or ground.
